My family lives in an apartment and for years my husband and I have been saving money for a house. We have always wanted our own home but we never had enough savings yet. But last month we have already agreed as a couple that it was time to buy a house. We did not want to build one anymore because it will only mean another few months or years of waiting. All of us in the family are extremely happy and we decided on what house we will buy. The payment and transfer of property were completed just yesterday and we will move into the house by next week. We had a problem with the kitchen however. We want a better kitchen so we will still have the original kitchen taken down and we visited the website of a Kitchen Planner this morning. The pictures of the German Kitchens that they make looked really great and my husband wanted to have a German kitchen for our house. For some reason though, my children were more drawn to the Traditional Kitchens. So we had to sit down together and talk about it. In my opinion both types of kitchen are really great and whichever we can decide on, I will surely love it. I want my husband and my children to talk it over though as to avoid complaints of any kind about it in the future. Both sides pointed out the reasons for liking the German and the traditional kitchen. In the end my husband gave in and we will have the traditional kitchen.
